Meet Andy Algreen — Your Host & Senior Downsizing Expert

Andy Algreen is a REALTOR® and Certified Senior Housing Professional  (CSPH)® with Algreen Legacy Group at Keller Williams Greater Des Moines. 


He specializes in helping older adults and their families navigate downsizing and senior living transitions with clarity and confidence. 


He founded the Senior Living Education Series in January of 2025 to give families the information they need with no pressure, no sales pitch. Purely education! 


Andy is based in Monroe, Iowa, where faith, family, and community drive everything he does.
